Mentors on course are chosen for their sympathetic profile, they work both with individuals, on a bespoke plan, and the group, focusing on life skills.

On our courses Mentors will identify and direct a bespoke plan action to achieve each individual's goals. Alongside this common life skills will be developed through group activities.
